Terms of Use

ParentHub ("the service") is provided by Wise Networks, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

ParentHub reads school-related email and, where you connect it, a school's parent portal, on your behalf and with your permission, and produces summaries ("editions"). It is an assistant, not a replacement for the school's own communications. The school remains the authoritative source; always verify dates, payments and forms against the original, which we link from every item.

2. Your account and authorisations

You must be the parent or legal guardian of the children you register and entitled to access the mailboxes and portals you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You may disconnect any source or delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not connect mailboxes or portals you are not authorised to use, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service to harass, monitor or profile anyone other than your own child's schooling.

4. Subscription and payment

Prices are per child per month (or year), VAT included, billed through Stripe. Adding a child is charged pro-rata immediately; removing a child credits the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds except where required by law. If a renewal payment fails you keep full service for 7 days; reports then pause, and after 30 more days stored credentials are deleted.

5. Availability and third parties

Schools, mail providers and portals may change or block access at any time; when that happens we tell you and continue from the remaining sources. We are not responsible for the content of school communications.

6. Limitation of liability

ParentHub is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of completeness or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Wise Networks' liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
